Aunt Helen's Meatballs

History:

Aunt Helen was my Gran's sister who emigrated to America in the early 1950's with her husband Frank. She worked as waitress in numerous different Diner's in Boston and Cape Cod which is in New England. They eventually moved to Florida where we visited them regularly. One of our favourite dishes that Aunt Helen used to cook us was her famous meatballs. Not originally on the menu. In fact my last conversation with her was finally revealing to me her secret meatball recipe. Unfortunately a few months later she died but her name lives on, in our menu and I'm sure she would be very proud if she knew how many portions we sold. So why don't you try Aunt Helen's recipe at home.
