My Aunt Maureen's Mushroom and Black Pudding Recipe was first produced for Christmas dinner the year before International Starters opened. Since then I have jazzed it up making a few changes and adding sausage meat. The combination of all the ingredients together is International Starters breakfast dish. This recipe is adapted for you to try at home.
